Jennifer Antonini is a 1990 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law. She has focused on estate planning, probate, probate litigation, and small business representation for the past 20 years. Working with families throughout northwest Ohio, Jennifer works to make each client comfortable with the legal services she provides. Jennifer is always happy to meet with clients in their homes if the client is elderly or homebound.
Estate planning includes the drafting of wills, and trusts as well as supporting health care documentation. Individuals often put off this necessary task because of fear of the cost as well as the discomfort of evaluating end of life issues. Jennifer works with clients to ease those issues and ultimately get a plan in place that clients feel comfortable with and are happy to have completed.
Jennifer has taken a specific interest in working with blended families because these families need very carefully drafted estate plans to avoid disinheriting a family member. Both children and step-children appreciate when their parents and step-parents have taken the time to put together an estate plan with everyone in mind.
When it comes to business representation, Jennifer’s goal is to help businesses effectively avoid litigation down the road by dealing with potential problems as they develop.
Whether it is estate planning or business representation, Jennifer strives to provide her clients with task-specific legal services to keep legal fees reasonable with effective representation.
